Mark came into our home on time as scheduled. He conducted himself very professionally from the moment he arrived. They let us know what to expect and what they were doing. They let us know where we had problem areas and how to correct it. They took great care to protect our walls and any furniture we left in the rooms. I do have to say it was the best cleaning job and most through job I have ever had... I will have them return next time I need carpet cleaning.
