At Allbright Carpet Cleaning we use a combination of carpet stain removers including a uniquely designed pre-spotter to penetrate and suspend heavy soils in high traffic carpet areas. Most stains will disappear within a few minutes. Then we use a superior liquid cleaner made with a natural anti-bacterial citrus oil. Allbright Carpet Cleaning follows a carefully constructed 12 step carpet stain removal process before we even use our carpet cleaning machines.

Here is our 12 step carpet stain removal process:

Pre-Inspection Our technician will walk through your home to visually inspect and measure the carpet(s). He or she will then identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results from stain treatment.
Commercial Pre-vacuum Dry soil is removed by a thorough vacuuming. Removing dry soil is one of the most important steps in cleaning.
Furniture Moving We move all small furniture to include Sofas and Love seats.
Pre-Spray A pre-conditioning agent is applied to carpets to break down traffic area soil and general spots for a more thorough cleaning.
Pre-Spot Difficult spots are pre-treated with special solutions to increase chances of removal.
Pre-Groom A professional carpet groomer is used to further loosen the soil.
Soil Extraction and Rinse The carpet is then thoroughly cleaned with an Earth Friendly product to pull out all remaining soil and dirt.
Neutralizer A Neutralizer is used so that there is no sticky residue left behind. This also leaves the carpet soft and fresh.
Speed Dry High velocity air movers are placed on the carpet immediately after cleaning to promote faster drying.
Post Spot Any spots or stains still remaining will get extra treatment with our many specialty spotting solutions.
Post Groom The carpet is then groomed with a professional carpet groomer.
Post Cleaning Inspection Our technician will have you inspect your carpets to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the results of our carpet cleaning service and address any possible concerns or questions you have at that time.
